Terms & Conditions

General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Dadcation

By accessing and using our Dadcation Service, you accept and agree to the terms of this Agreement. Additionally, when using these specific services, you are subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in Dadcation constitutes acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms below, do not use this service.

1. Accuracy Warning

This website and its components are provided for informational purposes only. Dadcation assumes no responsibility or liability for the accuracy, usefulness, or availability of any information transmitted through the website and shall not be liable for any errors or omissions.

2. Intellectual Property

Dadcation and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dadcation and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

3. Payment

Payments must be made in euros, within the agreed deadlines unless otherwise arranged in writing. Failure to meet obligations within two weeks after written notice allows Dadcation to terminate the agreement immediately. Full payment is still required.

If full payment has not been received on the day the retreat begins, participation may be refused without affecting Dadcation’s right to collect the total amount.

Extrajudicial collection costs and statutory interest may apply. Offsetting debts is excluded unless Dadcation declares bankruptcy. All payments become immediately due if:

A payment deadline is missed.

The contracting party is declared bankrupt or insolvent.

The contracting party’s company is dissolved.

The contracting party dies.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation up to 16+ weeks before the event: 50% refund
Cancellation 12+ weeks before the event: 25% refund
Cancellation within 8 weeks of the retreat: No refund

5. Modifications to Terms

Dadcation reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of any updates.

6. Force Majeure

If Dadcation must cancel due to unforeseeable circumstances, natural disasters, or low participation, full refunds will be issued. No further compensation will be provided.

7. Parent Responsibility

Dadcation is an experience designed for shared father-child engagement. While select supervised activities may be offered, fathers remain legally and fully responsible for their children at all times. Dadcation is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses involving children or their guardians.

8. Travel Responsibility

Participants are solely responsible for their own travel arrangements and required documents. Dadcation assumes no liability for missed transportation or related delays.

9. Transport Delays

Dadcation is not liable for transportation delays or cancellations affecting your arrival or departure.

10. Activity & Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace scheduled activities, facilitators, or accommodations due to logistical, weather, or safety considerations.

11. Accommodation Changes

Downgrades after payment do not result in refunds. Upgrades require payment of the new listed price.

12. Health and Safety

Participants must follow all health and safety guidelines. If you or your child have a medical condition, consult a physician before participation. Dadcation is not liable for injuries.

13. Personal Belongings

Dadcation accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

14. Children's Safety Disclaimer

Fathers assume full legal responsibility for their child(ren)'s behavior, safety, and wellbeing during the retreat. Dadcation is not liable for any injury, accident, or incident involving children.

15. Complaints

All concerns must be reported directly to Dadcation management during the event. Public discussion or defamation is grounds for legal response.

16. Force Majeure & Refund

In the event of force majeure (e.g. war, pandemic, disaster), refunds are not guaranteed. Dadcation may issue credit toward a future event at its discretion.
